UPI Unveiled: Where Education Ignites

Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) is a university in Bandung, Indonesia, that was founded in 1954. It has many campuses, including the main campus in Bandung and others in Cibiru, Tasikmalaya, Sumedang, Purwakarta, and Serang. UPI is always trying to improve, not only in academics but also in other areas, such as developing new ideas and plans. With the help of the Islamic Development Bank, UPI built a new, beautiful campus to support teaching and learning. On topo of that, the university consist of 9 faculties:

Mission
To achieve the vision statement above, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia has some mission statements:
1.To provide education by proportionally cross-fertilizing educational sciences and disciplines of religion, humanities, social, formal and applied sciences in order to strengthen the educational sciences and disciplines;
2.To conduct research to develop educational theories and practices as well as other innovative and local wisdom-based disciplines;
3.To develop integrated teacher professional education in academic and professional education at all levels; and
4.To disseminate experiences and innovations in educational sciences, disciplines of religion, humanities, social, formal and applied sciences for social betterment.
Objectives
Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia aims to:
1.Produce teachers, education personnel, scientists, and experts in all higher education programs supported by religious piety and excellent global competitiveness.
2.Produce, develop, and disseminate science and technology to improve people’s welfare.

SMA Laboratorium or SMA Labschool UPI offers three different programs such as Tauhid, Bilingual, and Regular program.
Regular Class: Complies with national standards using both the national curriculum and the unique curriculum of the UPI Laboratory School.
Bilingual Class: Prioritizes the International Science Curriculum, the National Curriculum, and language proficiency (English and Japanese) with native speakers. It strives to produce well-rounded graduates proficient in academics, social skills, and global competition through diverse specialized programs.
Tauhid Class: Centers on the 2013 Curriculum enriched with the Diniyah curriculum in accordance with Daarut Tauhiid standards. The goal is to foster strong faith, exemplary worship habits, robust morals, Qur'an memorization, and academic excellence in students while upholding Islamic values.
